Privacy

This website

• No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, and no fonts or scripts loaded from other companies.
• Our web host, [host name], keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page requested) to keep the site running and safe. They are deleted after [number] days.
• If you join the launch list, we store your email address, which app you asked about and the date, with our web host Cloudflare. Nothing else: not your IP address or browser. We use it only to tell you when an app launches. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

The apps

• The apps contain no analytics, no ads and no third-party tracking code, and need no account.

Tickmark

Habits, check-ins and the daily backups stay on your device. No account, no ads, no analytics, and nothing is sent to us. Exports and backups are files you create and share yourself.

Wall

Wall reads the iPad's calendars, Reminders lists and one photo album only after you allow it, and only on the iPad. Events you add go to your own calendar accounts. Family members, chores, meals and settings stay on the iPad. No account, no ads, no analytics, and nothing is sent to us. Exports and backups are files you create and share yourself.

Payments

• Apps on the App Store (Tickmark and Wall) are sold by Apple. Apple's privacy policy applies to those purchases.

When you email us

We keep the conversation so we can help you, and delete it [after a period / on request]. We never share it.

Your rights

Under the EU's data protection law (GDPR) you can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority; in Portugal that is the CNPD.
